This rocks my world. It makes ABSOLUTE sense that Sam was another River, that Dean got him out of there -- nothing in the 'verse can stop him -- Jayne and Dean getting along like a house afire, and Simon, pushing, pushing, because he can't NOT, he has to know -- and Sam's assurance.
