Hey, I don't want to be a squeaky wheel here (you know I'm a company man, right *wink*), but we're getting a lot of heat on the street regarding a few of this points:
On refinancing: banks are hurting. Lower rates are an effective tax on their income.
re: urban fish farming: we're making incredible inroads in the Chinese restaurant vertical, but we can't seem to penetrate the vegan market.
Simony is so pervasive that the TV show "Pawn Stars" nearly engaged in it by trying to buy the relic of a saint.
You can't crack open Big Quahog: everyone knows that.
