This is the story about how refilling one generic prescription that I have been on for more than a year has taken the whole week so far and is not done yet. I now fully expect the FDA, FBI, ATF and BC/BS to be ringing the doorbell as I "post comment".

At one of my many jobs, prescription refills is a part of my job description. It's a delicate dance sometimes between the doctor's office, the pharmacy, the patient and the insurance company...and that's not counting the drug supplier. I've been through all you've described and other horrors. It can be a crap shoot...hope for a winning roll!
