Oh man, Kevin and Bean did some call in thing a few years ago with actual ER doctors telling the "How'd that happen" stories anonymously.
It was seriously hilarious.

my dad worked as an emt for a few years. aside from heart attack emergencies, second place emergencies were "how'd that happen?" incidents involving hamsters, bottles, and light bulbs.

as i was 8 when he held that job, i didn't hear these stories until i was 18. yup.
