I mean I have a few regulars that guaranteed at least 5 bucks which isn't bad seeing as they get like 10$ worth of food, and I have a few people that tip me really well.

I made the guy feel horrible cause I looked at him and told him "you know I only make 3 dollars an hour right?" He felt like an ass.
