God is against me posting here. :< Livejournal wasn't working for me at all yesterday and I just spent an hour writing out a post, my computer froze, and I lost it. I really regret buying this Mac - $3,000 and it's already fucking up on a weekly basis ( Read more... )

I'm sorry I never commented to welcome you back to LJ! I know things haven't been too great for you recently but if there's anything we can do to help and support you, we're all here to offer you anything we can! Don't feel there's anything you shouldn't talk about here, if there's something you want to get out then you should be able to say what you like :] But I totally agree about sometimes it leading to dwelling on the negative instead of looking for the positive. But hopefully we can help you do that. ♥

It's good to see you back, anyway. I missed you! *hugs*

HEY YOU. It's good to see you're still around. ♥

Thanks. :) I guess I want to find a way to make LJ fun for me again, while still being able to work through my issues. Luckily, there's no better place for that then right here.

thanks hon. ♥ I'm sure I'll end up doing that, it's just feels weird because I associate this journal/flist so much with anime fandom.

talking with other people its good doesn't matter if they not gave advice or opinion... just feels that is more easy to let go

I hear that time flies when you're watching Lost. (I remember my dad watching it a while back-- he would go to watch "one episode" and he'd end up watching until he'd finished the disk he was on, and then sometimes the next one.)

I hear that saying you're going to do something often helps you get it done. So maybe telling yourself in the morning "Today I'm going to *whatever it is*" if you do it 3 or 5 or however many mornings in a row you'll have worked up the momentum to do it? (Or find a smaller, easier thing to do, first? I dunno if this is totally useless advice. I just always think of building momentum to get stuff done when I'm in a funk. Which is obviously not what you're dealing with, but I figured I'd offer the tactics all the same?) I'm going to stop now, because I feel like it's all coming out muffled by the foot in my mouth. :\

haha this is def. true. This show is an addiction.

Sounds like decent advice to me. I'll have to try it. :)

I should probably do that . . . I mean, I've done it before and it didn't work out, but my goals were usually a bit high (such as "lose 50 lbs." or "get better job" lol), so I probably do just need to aim small.
