Thing is, I'm trying to wean them off white sugar for the most part so I hate to bake cupcakes or frost sugary cookies.

You are a good mom :-) I remember the Valentine's Day when my daughter was 3. She had treats at nursery school, and then I did treats for the kids in the afternoon, then my mother came over and brought treats for after dinner. Daughter threw up pink all over her pillow that night- lol.

Don't think we've not had a couple of mid-night throw-up fests here for exactly the same reason.

I'm probably going to break down. You're right. It just has to be done. I want my girls to remember sugary pink sparkly icing gooey cupcake Valentines too.

low in carbs too so you can have sweets again too...it takes some learning...but by next valentines you can have cupcakes you wont feel at all guilty about letting the little princesses have...

I love the body-ecology site. I'm going to have to learn how to bake with either stevia or splenda. And almond flour.

ew not splenda honey..that stuff is not natural...and not enough studies ont he effect of molecular modification of foods has been done....
is almond flour lower in carbs....i know that whole grian wheat flour is lower in net carbs...

so....i think that there is a stevia cookbook....i dont know about the almond flour thing....
but if i come across anything i will let you know...
