My husband's a Beat cosplayer, I've done a Rhyme, and I have two buddies that rock Minamimotos. I got to take some pics with them at the last two cons I went to, and here's the results!

Thanks! But SHIT! I just noticed I messed up that screen print one! I have the files of the Beat and Rhyme photoshoot around here somewhere, but we moved a couple of months back, and I still haven't figured out where all of my stuff is, so I had to print screen copy-pasta it into photoshop and crop it, lol.

But thanks! I have so much fun wearing it - SHE IS SO COMFY COMPARED TO CRAP I USUALLY DO - and the shark ("Killface") is a lot of fun! Someday, SOMEDAY, when I figure out LED lights, I REALLY want to do Konishi's noise form, and have the designs on her body softly glimmer! But that's a BIG "IF I LEARN HOW TO DO IT/ACTUALLY DO IT SOMEDAY" thing, lol

Thank you! I think I probably meant "fiber optics" - kind of like those really dimly lit Christmas Trees you see where the "needles" "light up" and fade to other colors. It's a LOOOONG way to go before I try, but I store links I come across or people give me! You're awesome!

Gah, so cute! <3 I adore these two, and you and your husband make an amazing Beat and Rhyme. And the noise shark plushie is fan-freaking-tastic! :D

(Incidentally, might I ask you what you used for Rhyme's sweatshirt? It looks so comfy!)

Thanks!!! And that shirt was actually a reddish H&M mens' sweater! I looked at the base color, and thought if I soaked it in some bleach water, it'd fade to the general Rhyme color. I lucked out, and even though SOMEONE'S mother took it out of the bathtub and crumpled it in a heap on the floor, I think the "blotchy" look fits with the rest of the "skater" theme of the game :)

We REALLY want to do a "wrong" photoshoot where frame by frame, the two of us are having fun, sharing an ice cream cone, I kind of touch his arm, he looks at me a little oddly, we're kissing/making out, the next one, a Joshua appears, shows us the strategy/story guide, and the final frame is us in opposite corners of the photo - Beat kind of looking off in the distance with a "I shouldn't have done that" look on his face, and his hand rubbing the back of his neck, and poor Rhyme with her head in her hands in the fetal position. WE JUST CAN'T FIND A JOSHUA.
