Indicate the way to my boat, I'm fatigued and I want to retire, I had a little beverage sixty-minutes ago and it went right to my cerebellum, Wherever I may perambulate, Over land or sea or atmospheric vapor you will always hear me rendering this melody Indicate the way to my boat.
And, I think, the original, Show me the way to go home, I'm tired and I want to go to bed I had a little drink about an hour ago and it went right to my head Wherever I may roam over land or sea or foam you will always hear me singing this song Show me the way to go home.
This was one of my Dad's favorite songs, and the tipsier he got, the more versions he remembered and sang. Thanks for the memory!

Sweet! I have friends that request this when we drink - and for years I have rendered the second-to-last-line as "mumble-mumble I don't know the words to this line".
I learned this from my mother, I think when my sister brought home the classic "Scintillate Scintillate asteroid minific".
