AND THEN IT WAS LOOOOVE~ something about it always had me at the throat - no idea why! and I don't even follow anything remotely Naruto anymore. BUT IT STILL HOLDS A PIECE OF MY HEART
so now I'm addicted to KakaIru. And it's totally all your fault.
They're just so in love and it's so cute, but still a little angsty (but not as angsty as KakaSasu, because they're just all angst all the time). I'm not going to lie to you-- the dream Kakashi has about his dad and the guts and the putting things back together; I broke shinobi rule #25 so hard that even Obito would be like "Hey man, don't be such a pussy". Again, totally your fault.
also, the sexy time? With Iruka being all 'D' and Kakashi being all 's'. BEST THING OF MY WHOLE LIFE What?
Aww! I'm so happy that you like them and have been enjoying the threads. That's so wonderful to know that you've been reading and getting something out of it. ^_^
That particular thread with the dream was heartbreaking to write -- it brought me to tears as well. Very difficult, to have to actually push through that. ;; Kakashi was such a heartbreaking little boy.
And also, I loved that sexy time too. Though I felt like the ending of that... was really what did it for me the most!
I've really, really enjoyed them. I really can't compliment you enough of how awesome your portrayal of Kakashi is.
Reading all these threads almost makes me want to get back in to RPing ♥ I haven't done any in like, 4 years.
I'm really digging the Kakashi-Iruka dynamic though, since I've always found Iruka to be so goddamn chipper. He just strikes me as such a warm and friendly guy, some one who gets along with children (for the most part) and is just so happy, outgoing. And then you have Kakashi, a picture of introverted, with his off white humor and this utterly heart breaking childhood and gut wrenching origin of power, some one who is so removed and almost repressed from outward emotion-- you'd think they'd never cast each other a second look, they're so opposite. But they're just what each other needs! It's perfect. It's bliss.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it and am so happy you are reading.
The KakaIru dynamic is actually something I never considered before I started RPing them -- which only happened because of a fluke of an event. I actually really disliked the pairing originally, which is kind of funny. I think it's because the portrayals of Iruka that are generally shown depict him as this very judgmental guy who seems very one-dimensional and flat. And I just could not see this very boring, one-dimensional guy with someone like Kakashi.
And then I played my Kakashi with shi_chan06's Iruka, and IDK what happen. MAGIC happened. LOVE happened, I suppose. XD;; And now I am just so hooked on this pairing -- but ONLY WITHIN KANNAGARA. XD; Outside of Kannagara, it just seems like they don't... really work as well. Part of that is because Kakashi is just so resistant to ever opening up to anyone.
