WHY DID IT HAVE TO ROADTRIP FIC AUUUUUGHHHHHH. I'm no good at Lighthearted Antics, they always come out stilted and unnatural and NOT funny at all ;_;. This is what I get for signing up for an exchange challenge! IT ALWAYS ENDS BADLY.

Which is to say, <333 vonbrigthi. Check out her zipper art, it's awesome! I have to think about this, it probably won' ( Read more... )

O___O I REALLY LIKED IT! O__O Please write mooooooooore T__T maybe I'll try to draw an illust for it or something... the image at the end is great! The whole thing was very evocative, and it seemed very in-character for Dario. It makes me want to see more about him and Dio... it's fascinating and the reader doesn't know who to root for. XD

ps she didn't say it had to be a FUNNY road trip! XD Maybe it involves the tragedy of stopping at Stuckeys and OH MY GOD, THEY ARE OUT OF PECAN CRUNCH!! Or maybe the living jojos are roadtripping to a funeral or something! It could be sad! :D I have faith that it will be awesome. XD

I have faith that it will be awesome.

I DON'T. ;_; but thank you.

(CRY ME A RIVER, I am sure some people are thinking. I don't think I've ever whined this much about any other series, Jojo is just Special like that.)

I think I'll write about a fight over the radio station. BECAUSE THEY TOTALLY WOULD. Out of curiosity, what kind of music do you think Joseph/Jotaro/Josuke/Jolyne listen to? :D

Wasn't Josuke's favourite musician Prince? And Joseph likes the Beatles, and uh... *snork* Inappropriate use of Stand powers while fighting over the dial?

I have faith in you tooooooooo. XD

You can write _serious_ roadtrip fic, that's okay too. :D Um, something philosophical! Or even Jolyne kicking them all out of the car or um. Coffee? Sorry, sorry. See, this won't end well AT ALL. <3

I like the detail in the story about Dario feeling for Dio's head before smacking him. Also, demon!Dio. I think you described the atmosphere pretty well. The limited POV really does help this scene in particular, because it goes with the idea that Dario can really only see so much in the graveyard anyways, that he'll be focused on only a few details, and that this is nearly familiar ground for him.

You people and your awesome Jojo fic ideas. :x

Heh, take your time? I'm sure everyone is actually rather grateful the longer it takes between turns... XD Looking forward to it!

Victorian Gothic for the win! XD I say you got the creepy atmosphere down for sure. I can just see the fog rolling in, kind of like Great Expectations when Pip meets Magwitch. XD And ooh, sinister Dio is awesome. XD

Ooh, what exactly is meant by "Kafka in Argentina"? It sounds intriguing.

Yay, you got the card! I'm glad you liked it. ^____^

It's probably a bad idea. ^^; Joseph is in Argentina for a conference on urban development or something, when he hears rumors of a Nazi in hidden away in the jungle who is practically a machine. The story is told like a nightmare or a metaphor but Joseph goes: Stronheim? :D and sets off to find him.

Actually, first he uses Hermit Purple to draw an image of the man, but the results are inconclusive. It kind of looks like Stronheim, but it's murky and not really clear, and when he asks for Stronheim's direction it seems to point in the right direction, so. His aides are disturbed and want to come with him, but he outsmarts them and leaves alone to embark on one last midlife crisis adventure.

Following Hermit Purple he arrives suddenly at a fortress hidden from view. Somehow he manages to get inside, only to find that the occupant is some other former-Nazi cyborg. Stronheim, he's told, died in the war. But then, why did Hermit Purple point in this direction ( ... )
