When I am very very very stressed and want to do something mindless, I make icon bases. Not icons, just bases. They sit on my computer and I don't do anything with them. But! Today! Today I'm going to put the ones that most need text up and, ala telophase, ask for suggestions.

Naruto (#1) is precious and, I think, stands well on its own as a base? I love the vivid colours and dramatic lighting. Took it but have no icon ideas; I'll let you know if I come up with any :)

Hi I am an extreme avatar fanatic, EXTREME! Now I was wondering where did you get these pics? 'Sniff, Sniff' OMG, Momo just smelled my feet and wholly wowzers did he keel over. Hi! When I'm online I usually go by "subdee" (which is taken from sub_divided, "d" becomes "dee"). My real name is Sonya, nice to meet you!

The pictures are from episodes 14, 15 and 16 ("the fortuneteller," "bato of the water tribe," "the deserter"). I have those episodes on my computer; I take screen captures of the parts of an episode I like, then use Photoshop Elements to resize them to icon sizes. I've also taken screen shots from episodes 9-13 (with Highlights-style story and episode 1 (with series description and links).
