There's no good way to say this, so I'll just say it: I've decided to change bases to Dreamwidth. Too many big, moving, interstitial ads on Livejournal - it's not really that I hate ads, but that they make the site look cheap. Subscribed/access given! You are not at all obliged to subscribe back, given that right now all I use my DW for is posting monthly word counts, which no one cares about except me XD

Yeah. The FAQ says that DW plans to add photo hosting in the future, and that "In most cases, we require a judgement rendered by a United States court or a Maryland State court saying that specific content is illegal. The exception is content that the United States Criminal Code specifically identifies as illegal and provides enough information for us to be able to definitively identify it, with no possibility of misinterpretation." But of course, that doesn't help you now.

You're a person that I kinda always wanted to get to know better here on LJ, but never really sustained a long conversation with.
