I wholeheartedly second this. I was going to comment the very same thing, because yes, in this show, I think it might be.

But this is a lovely, lovely story that has a surprising amount of nuance to it. I particularly like how you wrote Arthur diving full force into his role; it somehow seemed very much in character. The bit with Gwen about her father's dagger added dimension to the story too.

I'm a fan.

So, when I made it to the end of the first paragraph that mentioned Arthur still yipping like a puppy. I lost it.
