My addition to this list would be people who post WIPs (in parts) and don't bother to mention this little fact anywhere. Is "to be continued" supposed to be a happy surprise at the end of the latest chapter? WTF?

Hells yes! This is definitely near the top of the list of Evil Things Fic Writers Do.

We need to write this list one day...

The best part is if that last chapter that says TBC has been posted like a year ago... So you'll just know there'll never be anything more to it. *sigh*
