I'm going to be giving up 'junk food' for the month of May. I realised how much candy & fizzy drinks and chips I consume, and that can't be good for me. So in May I will reject anything that is deep fried, a carbonated soft drink (and even those peach iced teas - they have as much sugar as a Coke), chips/buiscuits, or made excluisively out of sugar

Also, whenever something says 'fat free' that just means its full of sugar. Realistically you're most likely better off with the fat ( see the reason why the Atkins diet works) because your body actually uses energy to decompose it into sugar (which then turns into fat for storage). Whereas with sugar, especially the non complex stuff, it just goes straight into your system and happily turns into fat, without using anywhere near as much energy.
And I ♥ Tetley's Echinacea and Forest Fruits tea (whenever this is available). Alternatively Dilma makes some nice Strawberry / Peach stuffs. Super!nice when had with honey.

I know how that feels :)
Which is why I want to try and see how life is with no junky food.
