Revolving Door.....

I have a neighbour that seems to think that her apartment's a revolving door for animals. I'm serious. In the short amount of time I've known this girl, she's had at least two dogs, and I've lost count how many cats. She's recently contacted my rescue partner about rehoming a kitten, and now she's wanting to rehome both kittens in her care. She

I guess she just sees herself as a foster and doesn't realize that placing the animals as fosters is far easier than finding them forever homes?

Sounds like she's a little unhinged, no?

She's a bit irresponsible, actually. I've reached out to the groups for animals I know she's on and warned the admins. I just hope it's enough, at least in THAT venue.
