Okay, so I know HP spoiler wank is getting to be old news but this was too funny to pass up sharing.

kageneko makes a mod post in weddingplans threatening to ban ANYONE who uses a HP spoiler icon no matter how fake it appears. She even goes so far as to lock down membership to prevent it from happening.

Not entirely. The first one was entirely; the second and third ones were mostly; the fourth one was still primarily a kids book; Fifth one was the Teenage Angst edition (with bureaucracy satire to make it possible for someone with a brain to read it), and the Sixth one was just full of very Young-Adult things. There's a scene where Harry gets his head stomped on. It's hella intense.

The rabid HP fans are really staring to piss me off. Yeah, they're tired of spoilers - but the rest of the world is tired of listening to them whine about them.

The fact that the mods felt the need to be so rude for someone asking for clarification, pisses me off too, but maybe that's just me.

while im excited for the last book to come out and would love to avoid seeing any spoilers i agree ppl are going batshit crazy lately over this HP stuff and am all for the valium in the water.
