I love the books and I'm just as big of a dork about it as most but people really are such losers. They aren't real spoilers and god forbid people be forced to think long enough to acknowledge that possibility.

But the whole thing is ROO-IND! I think it shows what crap fans they must be if they can't spot a fake spoiler and then go on to compare the tragedy of being forced to think of a possible plot point to being shot in a drive by.

Wow that is just wow. Because the person they are bitching about has nothing better to do than to troll peoples journals and spoil a book for them. That person is batshit.

Well that particular person clearly has a sense of humour and probably a life so yeah they have better things to do. Sadly, other people have neither and actually spend a lot of time *trying* to spoil people to cause trouble. Last time around someone went to pretty much every comm they could (HP specific and totally random) that had a largish membership and made a post in big letters of OMG SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE!!!! I don't get why that's amusing entertainment unless you're like five.

Personally I'd rather read the book for myself but I'm not going to freak if someone accidentally spoils me. It's a book. Books are meant to be read multiple times. If they don't work once you know what happens, they're not good books *sigh*
