I didn't read the comments to the post but to be honest, I thought that was a fucking hilarious story and I don't see why anyone would get their panties in a knot about it. Though, that said, I work as a bar tender and our version of customer service (at least in my shitty student bar) is that if I don't swear at the customer for being a drunk piece of shit, then it's a good night. :P

yeah, i actually think she wins and often wish i had the balls to say what i really wanted to say to really rude people. he called her a bitch before she had the last word. i don't think she took it 'too far'. i think she had the last word, which in itself isn't always bad. i think she was hilarious.
