There's no way I can buy any there, then. Aren't they the company who has the new "invisible" underwire line? I clearly need bras that lift and separate but I HATE underwire.
Ooo, I rarely pay attention to their campaigns, just because their stuff is expensive and never fit me.
I wonder what the invisible underwire is like... I've had bad experiences when a bra finally gives out and the underwire starts to come out of the side. That's never pleasant.
Actually, first they'll bitch at you about posture and if it's truly not your posture they'll help.
My sister boomed to DDD after the birth of her child and was in so much back pain she couldn't move but they refused to give her a 'medical' reduction. If she wanted a reduction she had to pay. MAN! Was she pissed. For six months she was on such heavy pain killers she couldn't take care of her baby.
She had to stop breast feeding, and the breasts eventually leaked on down to a DD again and the pain passed but wow... that was a hard time for her.

Also, aren't bras the classic example of clothing that doesn't fit its wearers en masse? Isn't that about 50% of marketing ploys these days?-- "our bras actually fit you"? Aren't ill-fitting bras being linked to back problems and various other conditions? ...?
VS bras are teeny tiny, too. Part of their marketing is that they renamed the sizes, so customers fitted there will miraculously not find bras in "their size" elsewhere, because a DD there is a D everywhere else.
SORRY SALESLADY, THAT MY BOOBIES ARE GIANT AND WILL EAT YOU :(
And they're flimsy. If you are over a B cup, they will not support worth a damn. I wore VS bras without issues when I was a B, but as soon as I crept into the C range I had to abandon them because they just didn't *work*.
Same here. But when I was actually a B, I fit into a C in VS bras. I haven't bought a bra there since I've worn an actual C. I think they run small on purpose to make women feel like their boobies are bigger than they actually are.
I've found bras in my size in the catalog, but they were so ineffective at actually supporting my breasts that I stopped bothering after the first couple of tries. I have a slightly larger than average band size as well, and I get bras from Lane Bryant now which fit and support larger sizes. (Indeed, LB had the inverse problem of VS, which was customers complaining that being plus-sized didn't mean they automatically had giant breasts, and they started adding more smaller-cup bras a couple of years ago.)
