I am healthy but have HIGH cholesterol and now despite I the fact I eat little meat, and no red meat I am on a diet for it. NO more Chocolate! No more P-NUT BUTTER! sigh....
No chocolate!!! cry. No Coconut, no nuts, no bakery goods, waffles, pancakes, olives even.... sucks. I am glad yours is good. I have a do not eat should eat this list and recommend meal plan. It is like 1000 cal a day but it is designed for sedentary peoples....rrrr.
