Busy Sunday

I will be leaving shortly for a day-long fencing event (went to Saturday vigil mass -- 4:30 in English because Spanish and Portuguese get the prime later spots).  I don't plan to put my raw incompetence on display in front of strangers :-) but my sister will be competing ... and I will bring a change of clothes, just in case someone does need a

Wouldn't be wonderful if what got pushed off the board were those things like laundry and cleaning? But no, it's always something fun.

I keep reaching Sunday evening thinking, "If only I had one more day of weekend!" And yet people in every generation have managed.

I have resorted to letting the folding of laundry, at least, go, and living largely out of the basket of clean things. I suppose this can continue until such time as I have guests. :-)
