Heroes is the most fannish thing acceptable as water cooler talk at my office, so I am still watching it where otherwise I would have dropped it. While exercising this morning, I caught up on Monday's episode. The ( Tiny Spoilers )
I'm a bit ashamed that it hadn't occurred to me. I mean, "Adam" as the first is obvious, and no doubt similarly delibarate. But I hadn't twigged the others.
I'm now impatient that it will likely take all season for Claire to find out about him, because I doubt that potential implication of her power has crossed her mind yet. I suppose it's nice to be impatient for something. First season started out as slowly as this, but with so many people to get to know from scratch and see come to terms with the absolute newness of what was happening to them, it didn't feel that way. They haven't been able to replicate that spark with Maya and Alejandro or with the Kristen Bell character, at least not yet. There was a bit of it with Kensei/Adam in the past, but I hope they weren't expecting us to be surprised he was masterminding the murders.

I must admit that I was surprised he was doing so in person -- and not a day older -- instead of through a legacy of some sort. I just didn't expect them to "go there" with immortality on that scale.
And I can't believe I forgot about Monica when enumerating the new characters, since she's the one who did click right away, not least because she had a connection to the existing web of story through Micah and wasn't off in storytelling Siberia for weeks on end.
