Some time ago, while gazing around a little shop in Spitalfields, I spotted an unusual and very shiny device. It looked like the offspring of a lever-arm corkscrew and a citrus press, it had lovely curves, and as I might have mentioned, it was shiny"What's that thing up there?" I asked

(Have you seen the uber-espresso-geek review of the Presso from http://www.hasblog.co.uk/presso-video-review ? Interesting stuff - they recommend it for americano, and manage to get some crema from it. )

I recommend using ECOutlet, not just because they had the best price, but because their customer service was excellent.

They were out of stock by Christmas, but suggested on the website that people reserve new Pressos before the new shipment came in because of high demand.

I e-mailed to ask if I'd get one by Friday 5th, because it was a birthday present, and if so, I'd like to reserve one. Not only did I get an e-mail back answering my questions, but they e-mailed me when their shipment had been delayed by a couple of days but promised that I'd get the Presso in time. They then sent me another personal e-mail when they'd sent out my Presso telling me that it was on its way and due well before Friday.
