Hmmm. Charging her would lead to an expensive trial, and tons of wasted tax. It would be cheaper to just have her harpooned. Preferably in animal heaven, by one of the animals she's so fond of killing.
I love the idea of animal heaven. Where baby seals carry guns, and mow down seal clubbers, rabbits spray perfume in the eyes of scientists, and foxes on horseback chase red-coated huntsmen, with savage dogs, shouting "tally-ho now, ya fat bastard..."
