they take my 20 bucks after 3 fucking horus of waiting so i can just get a new licsense.
You go through nothing you just say i need a new one and they take your fucking picture, i had to wait 3 fucking hours for that?

god i've got to go to the dol to get my license when i come home in november -- i bought a plane ticket today! -- it's going to suck standing in those stupid lines though
