Are here. Note the serious lack of queue photos, party photos, hanging out photos... must remember for next year that I can take pictures outside of the actor talks. *face!palm*

And yes, that means as soon as my bills for the month are taken care of, I'll be snagging a P4 ticket.

YEAH! P4!!

Who cares about will-power anyway? Who has any when it comes to conventions? I know I don't.

Bought the ticket for P4 already and didn't pay that much for it since the Pound is a bit low these days. I know having a Euro that strong isn't good for our economy, but it's doing wonders for my con budget. lol!

LOL!! Like I put in my english essay, these convention weekends are the only time I get to spend with people who 'get' me, so it's hard to turn something like that down.

Yeah, exactly.
It's about the only time I get to be a guilt-free fangirl!
It's also the only time I'm completely relaxed and not obsessed with work or work/schedule related issues. And I need that sooooo badly!

It's so funny, my mom actually recognizes how much I need that downtime, even if she frowns a bit on the silliness of the whole thing (to her).
Although she barely admits it, she's very impressed by the fact that I'll get to see the "real" gate in April! She used to watch SG1 with me when I was at home, and now that I'm gone she's watching the show whenever she can (weird airing time slots not helping).

Oh, the set tour is so cool! I loved the SG-1 gateroom, but I almost teared up in awe when I walked onto the Atlantis set. Now that I've seen it a few times (hee!) it seems smaller, but that first experience.... wow!

Are you going to get any time to tour Vancouver at all? It's real easy to get to Bridge via the metro system....
