I've been following the Chicago Stargate con thread over on GW and I'd really really like to go. I wanna go hang out with Cindy and Lu-Ann and Col. Mike and Bonnie and everyone else. I want to meet Paul McGillion if only for that moment when I'm getting my photo-op with him

Oh, I want too.. but I just checked the schedule and one of the other guys already has that weekend off for vacation. So, I'm stuck here anyways. *pouts*

If it will save bucks, you can stay with me. I just have a one bedroom, so it'll have to be the couch or a sleeping bag and blow up mattress. Sela is coming and maybe Bling. I live about 30 minutes away, so we'll drive over every day.

I know the hotel is more fun, but my place is free.

I have a dog in case you are allergic.

Thank you for the offer, but I just checked the vacation schedule here at work and found I can't go after all - one of the other guys has it booked already.

Though... he might have just thrown a date on the board with no actual plans to go anywhere and would be willing to swap to another weekend. That's a pretty common thing here where you have to take leave or lose it by the end of the year.
