Hilary becomes an eye surgeon, taking part in many lovingly detailed operations. Then she quits medicine in order to stay home and give Julian the big family he's always wanted. Perhaps this was a reaction to Lisa's tragic yet noble death in childbirth. It's sort of healing procreation. Also there is quite a bit of lactation kink.

"Hilary," said Julian unhappily.

"Shh," Hilary replied, and picked up a scapel. It hadn't been so very long since she'd touched one, and she'd always been the best in her class - at brains, and everything else she touched.

"Hilary," Julian repeated. "Shouldn't we take her to the hospital?"

Beneath his touch, his daughter pinned to the table, lax and placid under the effects of stolen anaesthetic twitched just a little, her eye bare and exposed to the uncaring world.

Hilary looked at him, just a little impatiently. "Oh do be quiet Julian. I've been trained in this remember?"

She leaned forward, ready to make the first incision. "Besides," she said, "if this goes wrong - we have so many more."

Bravo! Wonderfully in character - and the killer last line with that creeping sense of horror that you do so well.

I love how you've turned this into something that you *would* write, after all.

John is molesting Sam, and Dean finds out after seeing how Sam is so emotionally devastated. Dean must deal with John and find a way to help Sam deal with the abuse and heal. Sam/John and eventual Sam/Dean.

I don't know what to choose! Do you do mpreg? How about some J2 mpreg? If you DO do Mpreg and I'm just brain dead, then you tell me....what have you always wanted to write but never done? DO THAT!
