Translational purist in me just wants to point out that in Suki sa "omae ga suki nanda" doesn't actually translate to "why do I love you." Nanda in this case is just being used emphatically. It'd be something closer to "I love you. I am in love with you." for "Omae ga suki da yo. Omae ga suki nanda."

XD That and Kagamine Rin's are the only songs I know, so I'm afraid I'm not getting the full effect here and can't comment beyond that.
