As for using your flex points? I have seen best results when I use all 35 in the week. It's weird, but the more food I ate, the more pounds came off. Also, when you need a shake-up, try the Wendie plan. Why are you restricting your KD & cookies cravings? I say eat away, just control the portions you shove in your pie hole. It's tough, but yo ucan do it!!
What weight are you at (if you don't want to say, that's cool)? I re-signed up to WWonline today, and only get 23 points per day. I am 181.6. I am trying to find that points quiz to up my points by 1, because I know it will. I can't find it!
