Walter dreamed of a field, it was lush and green--colors so rich it almost burned into his eyes. He'd been so long into London's gloomy blood-soaked streets, the rain and the soot that it almost struck him speechless. He found moving oddly difficult, as if something was weighing down his every movement. Of course, in the distance he could see the varied forms of Integra, Alucard, and Ms.Victoria in the shade of a cool tree. And yet the best he could do was a trot, and the distance between them seemed to extend and extend much to his irksome.
Just as sudden as the sudden gravitational pull had occurred, it faded...and he was flat on his back, the sun at twilight. The country-side of Germany loomed above him...along with the eyes of Alucard in diminutive form. Rising quickly, he opened his mouth to say something, and closed it. Alucard wasn't saying anything, instead he--or, she as he could just mentally hear the other input as per usual--held out his hand to help him up. That...was unusual...Alucard never even so far went as to help when he was involved in life or death situations, but him falling...what exactly was his angle?
Deciding for him, the other just tugged him up, suddenly smiling pleased--looking for all the rest of the world like a pleased child. Walter frowned and broke of the contact, swatting the other away. Alucard...actually looked hurt by the gesture. He/she--oh blast, he'd resolve to just call it, it--trotted off, ever the picture of a peeved princess. Walter found himself following...even when Alucard took another turn and suddenly he found himself dropping from a cliff, the other somehow managing to fall above him now just watching him intently. He distantly heard a thud, but all he could do was see those eyes...scarlet red glowing at him once again.
