what do you use to get that effect...that like blurred effect.

hmmm...first i used a gaussion blur of the duplicated background layer and set it to overlay. I added the gradient inbetween the two layers. then i dubplicated the background layer again and set it to motion blur at like 135 degrees with a 30 px width. then i eigther set it to softlight, overlay, or luminance. if forget. but play around with the layers and you'll see it.
