Tonight I saw the sequel to the The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played With Fire. Lisbeth is still amazing. Blomkist was also awesome. They still have epic research skills. (The author having experience in journalism explains a lot - the movie really goes the processes of how you collect information

Yeah, a lot of people say the 2nd and 3rd aren't as good, but I think they are just as good.

I think Blomkvist definitely has a lot in common with Stieg Larsson, he pretty much dedicated his life to bringing down douchebags like Wennerstrom.

I think part of it is that Lisbeth's character is so startling in the first film. But then the 2nd film really builds on that, with her not maintaining relationships or even realizing that someone she knows is still alive.
