Eris finally got a cheque in the mail yesterday ... for $136. Eh.

I had to rescue it from her because she thought it wasn't nearly interesting enough to come out of an envelope addressed to her. She had scrunched it up and was about to throw it in the bin.

Oh well. At least it's something ... and hell, she loved seeing herself on the TV. :)

She'll need a bank account opened in her name to deposit the cheque, I guess. Are you up for doing that next week?

I saw the ad for the first time early in the morning a few days ago.

It's one of those Zoot Review thingies and I went 'OMG! Eris!'... funny that those zoot review things are meant to be unscripted and they give the impression that the children are Georgies... it's kinda funny in a way but I liked it all the same :D

Will remember to hit 'record' next time it comes on :)

Yeah, we've kinda ruined the illusion of those ads for a few people.

Although, if it makes anyone feel better, Eris was allegedly chosen for her striking resemblance to Georgie's daughter of the same age. :)
