There's a little frown. Because that's quite a lot of coughing up stuff. Impressive (Revan almost wishes that he could cough up stuff for that long, before realising that wait, no, that's stupid), but also somewhat worrying.
Claire didn't know they were there, and wanders in curiously, shutting the door behind her. She doesn't notice Steph right away, because she's still 'dummies?'

The blindfold is also extremely effective for getting a soft ball thrown at her head.
When Steph looks over, Sokka points at the baby on his hip. Which is convenient, since the baby is pointing at him.
