Am loving this spring weather. I have plans to try to enjoy it. It does make my ovens shifts difficult as the warmer it is outside the warmer it is inside. Hanging around 350-400 degree ovens all day heats things up. I have finally gotten to test out the new cushions for my outdoor furniture. Wow...those 'feet' you got there are interesting. So, you usually do kettlebells in bare feet, and now you'll have these feet to help you not slip and stuff? That's kinda neat in a way. I suppose it shows you're interested enough in kettlebells to invest in it. Will you be running on the stairs in them too? And how is that applicable to your workout that they're allowed to make you do that? Well, going up and down stairs is a work out of its own, but if you had to really do that, you could do it at home.
Once again, gratz on your Red Seal! Even though those things are probably a big part of just looking good on a resume, It just seems even more personal than that. Like "hey, i studied on my own time, it was all me and what i knew up to this point and I passed!" or something like that.

Jaffer's become a real local celebrity, has he (these days you're never a real celebrity unless you've done something stupid along with everything else it seems). Definitely an amusement to follow.

Hooray red seal!

I am slightly creeped out by your feet, but I'm excited for you and your commitment to kettlebells. It's hard to stick with something like that and you are doing it!
