Otakon - Hotel Room

Hey lovelies, as we all know, it's almost that time of the summer we've been looking forward to: Otakon. So I'm sure you guys want hotel information and stuff and I have it for you. First off, our hotel is the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel on 202 East Pratt Street, right next to the Gallery. (Loves, hold me back if I decide to go shopping in the Gallery, otherwise I will spend my money in minutes. ^_^") I have us booked for Thursday, August 3 to Sunday, August 6. On Thursday, I will be arriving sometime in the early afternoon, between 1 PM-2 PM, to get the room ready. Here's the breakdown of the basic costs:

Room rate: $199
Taxes and government fees: $24.87
Total daily rate: $223.87
TOTAL COST FOR THREE NIGHTS: $671.61

There will be 7 people in our room:

1. Myself
2. Shelby
3. Amanda [Amanda said she couldn't come, but she offered to foot her part of the room bill, so the cost of the room is still the cost I've put down.]
4. Caitlin
5. Jess
6. Laura
7. Mezi

And thus, the cost per person will be $95.95.

I'll collect the money on Thursday evening; cash or check will do. Additionally, I would like the e-mail addresses of everyone staying in the room, for organizational purposes. For the two people whose I don't know how to contact, for those of you that know them, can you direct them over to my LJ, give me their e-mail addresses, and/or forward them the information in this post? I would greatly appreciate it.

That's about all I can remember that I need to discuss so far, but I think I covered pretty much everything. I will be keeping this post at the very top of the my page for easy access. Here's a summary of important points, since that was a bit much to remember...

1) We will be staying at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel on 202 East Pratt Street in Baltimore.
2) The cost per person is $95.95, excluding extra fees; this will be collected on Thursday evening (August 3).
