Stranger Things Happened - an Urbis Arcana short

This was supposed to be a quick post. I had a short story idea that kept nagging at me, and I had a few hours free, so I figured I might as well write it quickly and put it up on Livejournal.

That was almost six weeks ago.

I made pretty good progress that day, but then, I decided to finish the rest tomorrow. And then, things got busier. And busier.

As always, you provide just enough of a tease into this world of yours to make me want to know more about it. The context allows me to get an idea of what Sally does, but leaves me wondering how she got there and what she does every day. And then there's that nice personal touch of family, and how we grow distant from each other and want to reconnect but are afraid to. Well done!
