You made some logical points in your post, it would be impossible to go after ever single LJ account lol. Admittedly a part of me got kinda worried that I might get in trouble for whatever reason, I certainly don't want police from another country coming after me(I live in the US) even though I read that users outside of Russia wasn't gonna be affected other than the account could be deleted for whatever reason.
