Sorry, I'm not actually keen in modern USA politics - but how this conservators who supports ban define a "new vetting procedure"? Are they (or Trump) have a program to implement, and if so, why don't just start?
Or is it "well, we need new system, so we will ban current affairs now and will research telepathy to use for such decisions"?
