Good report. I can tell you that the singer is Jon Langford, one of the founders of the Mekons and the Waco Brothers. Pretty cool fellow; met him once. Getting him was quite a smart move on the Reader folk's part. He has a sideway connection with science fiction fandom. His brother is Dave Langford who I'm much more familiar with from SF fandom (he and I have mutual friends, and I've had dinner with him.)
