7/7/7 Challenge - Urbis Arcana edition
Over on her Facebook page, corrinalaw posted a pretty interesting challenge.

I couldn't help but feel intrigued by it - and, with her permission, I gave it a try. I just so happened to have an 8-page short story I've been struggling with for the past couple of weeks. One that's almost ready go. It's called "Library Fantasy," and it's one of the more mundane additions to Urbis Arcana canon, and it's about... Well, if the title didn't give you a hint, this segment probably will.
I spent the next few minutes sitting in my chair, just relishing the warmth and the quiet. It would be so easy to just sit there. At least until ENGL 230. Which won’t have any students I slept with.
I hope.
And, just then, someone knocked on my door.
Because of course.
