Interesting lyrics, but of course it's hard to judge a song's total effect until you hear them set to music. I've written a few songs myself, but because I never learned to read or write music, they're also hard to judge. Well, not so hard -- they were pretty bad.
Sorry you're not feeling well, and that the guys in drag didn't cheer you up. :-)

I have several written, but none with music. I lost interest. Mostly in my guitar, since.. well, you know. Or if you don't I'll tell you. :)

I'm a good writer, but writing fiction and writing verse are two different things. Still, I've had luck with some "Weird Al" type work, putting my lyrics to other songs.
