Ah ha, things finally come out. :3 I knew Sammy would catch on. Mmm, delcious exposition. Or is it plot advancement? Either way, it's quite satisfying. :D Tho I half expected that Sam would be able to see Al, given his whole psychic thing. Or did that die with the YED? Eh well. Perhaps there are spells that reveal what is hidden? And that could make Al visible/audible to others.

And poetry? Hee! If Dean was there he'd make a delightfully smart-ass comment. XD

Bobby Singer is just a scrap yard owner.
Ha! That made me grin, becuase Bobby isn't *just* anything, except for totally awesome. And he could totally kick Sam's ass(Sam Beckkett. Tho I'm sure he could give the Winchesters a run for their money. :D

Thank you for your wonderful comments!

I agree Bobby is all kinds of awesome. Just another way the QL boys underestimate the SPN 'verse.

As for Sammy seeing Al,(while that would have been fun), since Al is keyed into Beckett's brain I am not sure Sam would have sensed him anyway. I am going with the idea you present that YED dead so powers gone.

Tho I half expected that Sam would be able to see Al, given his whole psychic thing. I don't know much about QL, but from what I've read, (mostly in author's notes to other fanfic crossovers!) there WERE a few times in the show when someone else could see Al. It usually had to do with altered brain chemistry - verge of unconciousness, brain damage, "touched" or mentally deficient individuals, etc.

:nods: yeah, I know about that, but I figured the rules change when you bring in supernatural type stuff.

Wait...I know there was this one episode that involved a psychic...:researches: Ah yes. it was "Temptation Eyes", and apparently she could see Sam as he was. :is a geek: I'd bust out my homemade tapes, but eh. :is not that much of a QL geek anymore:

So I guess canonically psychics would be able to tell, but then again, it's only one episode from season 4. Hmm. So...you said in this story he's been leaping for 3 years so, roughly equating 1 season=1 year...yeah, we can just ignore stuff from S4. On the SPN side of things it can be explained away that Sam's powers just kinda dissipated after the YED was killed.

Heh...I might have overthought things. ^_^;

I have to confess that all I know of QL comes from fanfic (no, really, I've watched exactly one episode. But I've read quite a few crossovers) but I'm greatly enjoying this.

In fact, I've kinda been waiting for a SPN/QL crossover because it's far more fun to have a leap where the other people are actually SUSPECTING something, you know?

I mean, for MOST people if your brother/boss/best friend starts not acting like himself, Occam's Razor would conclude that it's just a fluke. In the Supernatural world, however, the simplest solution is actually the exact OPPOSITE. - Dean isn't acting like himself? Well then, he must not BE himself!

...And poor Sam (Beckett) has NO idea. He's actually used to HIS life story being the most farfetched, you're-not-going-to-believe-this in existence.

(Poor Al, too. 'Cause, as I understand it, the success of all of their leaps depend in large part on the cooperation of the individual who's been transported back to Beckett's body. [Especially so in this case, obviously] And if he expects Dean WINCHESTER to cooperate with the unknown authorities who have somehow removed him from his brother...

Yeah.

This is going to be so much fun!)

Thank you for all your comments. I am so thrilled that you are enjoying this story.

I am so flattered that you are with me on all the QL stuff considering you haven't seen the series. I had hoped the story would be accessible to non QL fans. Thanks

FYI - Sam W. Can't see Al because, Al is tuned into Sam B. brainwaves.

Dean Cooperates in Dean's way. And I think he can be persuaded with pie
