Well here goes
1) When JD came through the mirror in the future of course
2) When He and Chloe finally decide to get married
3) The first time he sets foot on another planet and buys his first spaceship
4) He wished Sam could have seen his descendants take over the Hunter/Watcher's council and turn it into a universe wide network
5) But ultimately Dean wishes Sam could have been there for every day since the day he died. A bit of a copout but true

The best thing about grad school was I was in the band - which had nothing to do with grad school - so it made the experience worthwhile. But the worst part of my experience was:

1) My asshole advisor who really didn't care if I ever finished. He was such a jerk!
2) You're a slave
3) I was in engineering & A Master's didn't really help me get a better job
4) It's hard!!!
5) You're poor!! My measly stipend meant I lived in a dump and still ended up with a lot of student loan debt to help make ends meet

But if I had the choice - I'd do it again just for the band. That was a blast and the people were great

This is easy
1) White Cake with the buttercream icing; the more icing the better
2) There's this restaurant that bakes a cookie as big as a plate and tops it with ice cream, chocolate sauce and whip cream (bananas are optional). the cookie is always warm when it's delivered.
3) Moose Track's ice cream - Vanilla ice cream with choclate fudge ribboned throughout and piece of peanut butter cups
4) Cheese cake with cherries
5) and more cake (see #1)!! I love birthday cake.

And now I want cake!!
