Chris really doesn't understand that he can't protect either of them from the Game, does he? This is going to be a bone of contention between them all for quite a while. Cause wouldn't it make them look like easy pickings if word got out that they needed a gunman's protection? (Not that that's the situation, but I imagine the gossip will get everything wrong)

Chris is in a tough place. And Charlotte is fighting for her independence while still loving a very controlling man - it is a tough balance.

As for the protection bit - I don't imagine there's much of a gossip network.

Challenge - Yay for Ezra - I wonder if he wins?

Yeah, it'll be a hell of a job to make a man like Chris believe he should stay aside, when his woman is in danger.

Chris doesn't delegate well and he's got a singel mindedness about CHarlotte that is bound to cuase trouble

Ezra's danger is being slightly over shadowed by Chris' realization that someday she might have to fight a challenge

At least this way they have a chance to clear the subject _before_ Charlotte is actually challenged... Not that I'm sure it'll help...

Very true This is a subject that i doubt either of them talked about and Chris never really considered the idea that someday Charlotte might have to face a challenge
