I know how... Basically, you have to squeeze the middle between your hands and push/pull the legs to one side. Do it often enough, the stuffing will settle...

This reminds me of the Build-a-Bear store we have in town. Every time I go there, I see if I can find an outfit that matches one of my tv boyfriends. I'll probably have better luck making a Dean bear, based on the clothing they have.
