Oh Mule, the rowdy bachelor party is nice but I can understand you wishing that you and JD had gone on that hunt.

JD, you are sneaky, a trait you inherited from your Uncle Dean, no doubt. Getting Mule, by the way, did you give him that nickname? You are the older brother after all, anyway getting him to Duncan's like that. Also I am sure your Impala is a beauty just like your uncle's. A hunter, like your uncle is and your dad was, huh? I'm sure with the Winchester genes, you're a fine hunter.

Mule is Samuel Winchester Jr. After I named him that I realized that made identifying which Sam was talking a pain. So as you guessed - his brother started calling him Mule for short. Because that's what big brothers do - give little brothers embarrassing nicknames. Uncle Dean of course loved it and now that's who he is.

Sam Sr. meets Katie in "the Space She Invades" and that's her in my icon.
